About Brahma
Brahma Technologies Limited is the parent venture studio that designs, builds, and operates individual ventures. Currently those ventures are Naxucang (SOP Trainer for cafés, restaurants and retail) and Salon Trainer (house manuals for nail, lash, hair and brow salons). Other ventures are in development.
The Site
brahma-technologies.com is the studio's portfolio site. It is provided as-is, for information only. Each venture listed on this site has its own product, its own terms of service, and its own privacy policy. Clicking through to a venture means you are bound by that venture's terms.
Intellectual Property
The Brahma Technologies name, mark, design, and code are owned by Brahma Technologies Limited. Each venture's name, mark, code, and design is owned by Brahma Technologies Limited and operated under the parent.
Acceptable Use
No scraping, no reverse-engineering, no copying of the studio's brand or its ventures' brands. No use of the site or any of our ventures for illegal purposes.
Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. For ventures, see each venture's own terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
